Vernnell Warlick (Scooter)
Born March 7th, 1987, to parents Patricia and Vernon Warlick. Scooter is the founder and leader of Phase 2, and is currently in ministerial training at Life Center International COGIC. After graduating from Sumner High School in 2005 he has pursued his love for music by writing songs, producing some of his own music, and perfecting his gift as a singer. He is engaged to Johnetta Cunningham and they are to be wed September of 2010. Scooter has a strong love for God and keeps him first in his life. He has realized that when you put your trust in Jesus, everything will truly be all right.
Amber Elliot
Born June 13th, 1986, to parents Shelia Hilton Carmel and Perry Dale Elliot. Amber carries the alto part in Phase 2, and has been singing since she was three years old. After graduating from Normandy High School in 2005, she attended and graduated from Vatterot College, where she received a degree in Cosmetology. In her spare time she enjoys singing, doing hair, watching CSI, and spending time with close family and friends. She is active in the women's and youth department of Life Center International COGIC. She has proven that she is on the move for Christ and knows that God is her everything.
Amy Hilton
Born August 24th, 1987 Amy is the daughter of Sheila Hilton. Amy started singing at age three, and carries the soprano part in Phase 2. Amy graduated from Normandy high school in 2006 and went on to Webster University to study music, and is currently furthering her education. She is very active in the women's, youth, and music department at Life Center COGIC. Amy was also blessed to be the 1st runnerup of the 2009 St. Louis Praise Alive (now Priase Now) gospel singing event. She enjoys singing, spending time with family and friends, and shopping. Amy continually seeks God for spiritual strength, and always remembers that you're never to busy to praise Him.
Bobby Connor
Born August 17th, 1987 Bobby is the son of Sandra White and Eugene Connor. Bobby serves as the Youth on the Move for Christ Phase 2 Musical Director. Bobby started playing at age 10 and has been playing ever since. He received musical training at the Youth Arts and Technology Center under the direction of Janice Moorehead and Charlotte Brown. He is a lifetime member of the Greater Liberty Church of God in Christ under the leadership of 2nd Administrative Assistant Superintendent Otis A. Eanes Sr. and Lady Donna Eanes. It was there where Bobby was able to use and develop his God given gift of music. Currently he is involved in his local youth, music, and media departments at his church. Also he works with the music department on the district and jurisdictional levels. He enjoys playing, working with technology, socializing with family and friends, and learning new things. Bobby continues to learn and grow more in his spiritual life daily.
